Generate a report

Web appReports & evidence, opened from stand 7a (the stand is preselected).
  1. 1 Choose what to produce
  2. 2 The period
  3. 3 Stands (none ticked = all)
  4. 4 Generate
  1. Choose what to produce — each kind says what it is (and is not).
  2. Choose the period — leave empty for all records.
  3. Choose the stands — none ticked means every stand in the property. From a stand’s Create report, that stand is preselected.
  4. Choose Generate. The report is built from live data, dated, and kept.

  2. 2 Download PDF to send

Open reads it in the app; Download PDF saves it to send. The app does not email reports.

The four kinds

Owner report

Is the wood on track? Each stand’s latest monitoring against the targets agreed for it, what happened, income and costs, what is next, and up to six before/after photo pairs — in plain words.

Web appOwner report.

Five-year review

Change across the period, first and last measurement per topic, and whether each objective was met — structure, biodiversity, regeneration and the rest against target, with interventions.

Certification evidence pack

Monitoring evidence assembled per stand from dated field records, mapped to FSC Principle 8 (8.1–8.3) and UKWAS: growth and thinning intensity, regeneration, deadwood, biodiversity, deer impact, forest condition; the 15 % biodiversity area from the stands you designated; and an evidence index — observer, records by module and source, what awaits confirmation, photos.

  • Republic of Ireland: FSC Principle 8 with the FSC Ireland standard’s numbering (FSC-STD-IRL-02-2024 V2-0); the 15 % biodiversity area is its indicator 6.5.5. PEFC Ireland is described by monitoring theme only.
  • United Kingdom: UKWAS 5.0, with 4.0 in brackets — FSC UK certificate holders are still audited to UKWAS 4; the 15 % biodiversity area is UKWAS 2.11.1.
  • Elsewhere: the pack uses FSC Principle 8’s international numbering; there is no mapping to your national FSC or PEFC standard yet. Note that FSC’s international generic indicator 6.5.5 asks for 10 % of the management unit, not the 15 % of UKWAS and FSC Ireland the pack checks.

Supports evidence for an audit — does not make you compliant

The pack says what it does not cover: tracking and tracing (8.5), social impacts, HCV monitoring and the public summary. FSC, PEFC and UKWAS are named to describe the evidence; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Payment evidence

Repeatable IBP and WHIA scores, and optionally a scheme checklist — see Grant evidence.

Across your book

Web appPortfolio › Reports across your book.
  1. 1 Report kind

On the Portfolio, filter the list, choose the report kind and Generate for n properties (up to 200 at a time). Portfolio summary (PDF) covers every client you can see, worst first, with monitoring that is due.

What it doesn’t do (yet)
  • No emailing of reports (needs an email provider — planned).
  • No public summary for FSC 8.4, and no chain-of-custody records.
  • Report layouts are fixed; there is no template editor.
