On this page
Your forester can give you a read-only login to your own woodland. You see everything they record about it, in plain words; you cannot change anything, and you never see other clients.
Signing in
Your forester creates your login. Depending on how your organisation signs in, you either get a temporary password from them, or an email from Google with a link to set your own. Use the web address your forester gives you; see Getting started for the sign-in page.
How your woodland is doing
- 1 Read-only: you own the data
- 2 Each stand in plain words
- 3 Help opens the owners’ guide
- Read-only. The banner reminds you that you own the data and can export it.
- Each stand in plain words — how it is doing, the last visit, what is planned next. Select one to open it.
- Help opens this guide.
- 1 How your woodland is doing
- 2 Topic by topic
- 3 Reports and photos
- How your woodland is doing — one sentence, and when it was last measured.
- Topic by topic — structure, biodiversity, regeneration, browsing… Select a topic to see it over time against its target. The ⓘ explains each term (and the Glossary lists them all).
- Reports and photos your forester has prepared.
Reading the results
- On target / close to target / off target compares the latest visit with the target agreed for that stand.
- Provisional means the method uses published defaults that are still being confirmed — the result is usable, and labelled.
- A trend is not a forecast. It shows where the stand is heading if it keeps changing as it has.
- Biodiversity potential is not a species count.
Reports
- 1 Open or download any report
Export everything, or move to another consultant
- 1 Export all data (zip)
- Choose Export all data (zip) on your client page. You get everything in open formats — details (JSON), maps (GeoJSON), records and results (CSV) and photos — any time, without asking.
Changing consultant? Your new consultant’s organisation generates a one-time transfer code; your current consultant transfers you and all your data to them (Your data).
- Owners cannot add notes, photos or comments.
- No email updates — your forester sends reports.
